Beaucare Aged Care Services maintains community independence and enhances the quality of life for over 65s and their carers.

For over 30 years Beaucare has offered a wide range of services which operate under our core values of Respect, Equity, Collaboration, Justice, Self-Determination and Optimism. If we are unable to provide the service you require, we will work with our community partners to ensure that your needs are met. Beaucare is committed to making sure you get the support and information you need in a way that assists you to make the best choices about your life.

Our services are provided to maximise independence while living at home and are available for the larger community at a fee for service.

Aged Care Services

Social Support

Practical assistance is provided to help reduce barriers to access and encourage community interaction. This can include support to: attend outings, complete household tasks such as shopping and meal preparation, attend doctors appointments, and run errands.

Allied Health Services

Specialised professional services are available at subsidised rates. This includes podiatry, occupational therapy,  physiotherapy and counselling. Social worker services are provided at no cost.

Centre Activities

Day programs are conducted in Beaudesert, Jimboomba and Kooralbyn. Activities include: exercise programs with a qualified instructor, events and outings, regular shopping trips and guest speakers. Give us a call on 5541 4216 for more information.

Flexible Respite

Short term relief for Carers is provided by having a carer come to the home or support the participant in the community.

Home Maintenance

Services include:
  • Lawn service
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Painting and external house cleaning
  • Minor repairs
  • Smoke alarm checks
  • Gardening support

Domestic Services

This can include support for: household cleaning and everyday household tasks.


Beaucare has many valued volunteers throughout all services. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer contact the centre for further information.
