Aged Care Support Worker - March 2026

We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Support Worker to join our amazing Aged Care Team working in the Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Canungra and surrounding areas.

As a Support Worker you will:

Be an integral part of a team working to support the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs of clients. You will be helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through a range of services including:

  • Domestic assistance
  • Assisting clients with personal care services
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, transporting clients to appointments
  • Providing flexible respite – both in home and community
  • Group Social Support – Must be able to drive Hiace bus (normal ‘C’ car licence required)
  • Safely transporting clients to and from appointments as required

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent)
  • 12 months or more working in Aged Care desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with clients with Dementia is preferred but not essential
  • Must be available 7:30am – 4:30pm 3 days per week. Friday availability desirable 
  • Available to work across Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Canungra and surrounding areas as rostered 
  • Blue Card and NDIS Check or ability to obtain
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Drivers Licence
  • Reliable vehicle that is suitable for client transport, including comprehensive car insurance and current roadworthy
  • Great presentation and who is reliable and resilient
