Family Day Care and In Home Care Educators 

Our service welcomes enquiries from existing educators or for adults who are seeking a career with Family Day Care or In Home Care. We offer a friendly and supportive introduction to educators and will assist you to meet the requirements.

We also offer the security of engaging with an experienced team. Our service has been operating for over 20 years. We offer induction training to suit your individual needs and help you set yourself up to ensure that you are offering a great service to children and families in your community.

Volunteers Wanted

Volunteers are welcome to participate in Beaucare programs, share their skills and learn new skills.

Beaucare has a range of volunteering opportunities including Transport, Catering, Administration, gardening, sharing hobbies and skills.

Child Care Co-Ordinator

Our Child Care Services team based in Beaudesert provides support to our Family Day Care and In-Home Care educators through regular home visits and building effective working relationships.

We are looking for a permanent Child Care Co-ordinator to join our team and help us maintain our high standard of service.

The successful candidate:

  • Ability to travel to the Gold Coast to support educators and run playgroups
  • Sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Diploma or above in Children's Services
  • A current working with children check- Blue Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Current National Police check and PRODA RA Number (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Current First Aid / Anaphylaxis / Asthma Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor educators
  • Computer literacy
  • Current drivers licence and suitable vehicle.
