Disability Lifestyle Assistants

At Beaucare, we pride ourselves in connecting our community to the services that suit their individual needs and lifestyle. We have been dedicated to providing direct assistance to the Scenic Rim Community for over 35 years. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated people to join our Disability Support Team. We provide support to our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so we have a variety of shifts to fill.

As a Disability Lifestyle Assistant, you will:

Be an integral part of a team working to support the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs of participants. You will be helping them to achieve their goals through a range of services including:

• Providing 24/7 support to NDIS participants living in our Support Independent Living properties
• Group program work
• Personal care and domestic assistance
• Community access including taking participants out on outings, appointments and community linkage

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or to be working towards qualification.
• Current Blue Card and NDIS Check or has the ability to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Reliable transport with roadworthy and comprehensive insurance
• As we support clients 24/7, flexibility to work a variety of shifts is a must! Day shifts, sleepover shifts and weekend shifts are available
