About us Beaucare Family Day Care & In Home Child Care have been committed to supporting families and educators for over 40 years. At the heart of our service are strong relationships with educators, families and children and we are seeking an experienced and committed coordinator to support quality care in a home-based setting. This role is based in Beaudesert, in the heart of the Scenic Rim—just 30 minutes from Logan and around an hour from Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Travel will be required to visit and support families and educators in areas including Beaudesert, Logan, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Your role As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in monitoring, supporting and enhancing the quality of care provided by our educators. You will work closely with educators, families and the broader Child Care team to ensure compliance with legislative requirements while promoting positive educational outcomes for children. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families and educators across our communities. Our office is located in Beaudesert, and this is a full-time position paid under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Industry Award as a Family Day Care Employee Level 3.
